Graduated in Social Science from University College Dublin, Ireland and post graduated as a solution focused brief therapist and social worker from the Universities of Birmingham and Manchester, England. Completed further training in marital and relationship counselling, solution focused coaching, adult and child mental health , brief therapy and EMDR ( eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) to resolve post trauma stress.

Over thirty years experience working in social work(child protection and adoption), and counselling individuals, couples, families and children.
